In fact, a tone of websites, wikipedia, etc have it.

Thanks for you support.Davidhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02209047913303850039noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6423993319277492079.post-53011895564415666932010-04-29T05:51:58.527+02:002010-04-29T05:51:58.527+02:00Just remember you need to check whether works like...Just remember you need to check whether works like this are in the public domain before you post so you do not run into copyright issues. Google will shut your site down if there is a complaint and it can be proved you violated someone's copyright.

If work is not public domain, you will have to quote small bits and then put the rest of the post in your own words and add thoughts of your own as well. For example, for this topic you could do a little bit of research and then talk about how absurd it would be if a PC today had to maintain price parity with a PC from 1990. Of course you would give credit to Hazlitt for the ideas.

Not only would this keep you out of copyright trouble, but it would also mean more to today's reader than the example about 1940's Chevy sedans.

Write on!

TammiTammi Kiblerhttp://writemorewritefastwritenow.com/noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6423993319277492079.post-6109781856433513442010-04-28T16:35:38.874+02:002010-04-28T16:35:38.874+02:00You're right. I edited all entries like this one with the name of the author (Henry Hazlitt) so doesn't seem that I claim his work as mine.Davidhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02209047913303850039noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6423993319277492079.post-68909781394725256392010-04-28T16:14:38.385+02:002010-04-28T16:14:38.385+02:00Is this something you wrote or was this copied fro...Is this something you wrote or was this copied from a book? This reads like someone's 1978 update to a 1946 original. I see no attribution to the author, and no "About" that describes who you are and explaining that you are the author.Tammi Kiblerhttp://writemorewritefastwritenow.com/noreply@blogger.com
